PILOXING – PILOXING cardio fusion incorporates cutting edge research and fitness techniques to burn maximum calories, build lean muscles, and increase stamina. It blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with exhilarating dance moves and targeted sculpting and flexibility of pilates. These techniques are supplemented by the use of weighted gloves, further toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health. A NON-STOP, cardio fusion of standing Pilates, Boxing and Dance that will push you past your limits for a SLEEK, SEXY, POWERFUL YOU!


BARRE TONING
– This class is choreographed with series of exercises linked together strategically to follow ballet barre conditioning and principles of muscle overload to increase the metabolic rate and melt away fat. The low impact, high intensity exercises are targeted to tone muscles with no jumping with attention to body alignment. You will break the sweat though! We use different props every day from weights to resistance and tone every muscle in your body to make you feel sculpted and toned. Open to all levels.

YOGALATES - Empower your mind and strengthen your body as you move through a series of meaningful yoga poses while sculpting with Pilates moves. We strengthen, stretch, and de-stress while focusing on proper form, breathing and alignment. We finish with meditation. It will make you feel sore, young, happy and light.

BUTI YOGA - Combines yoga, tribal moves and plyomentrics. BUTI is a high-intensity format that sculpts long, lean muscles, tones the core and helps women reignite their inner fire building confidence and inner-strength. BUTI Yoga fuses various yoga flows, tribal hipshaking dance moves, and heartbeat-pumping plyos. The class starts with a warm-up of breath work and moves that will warm-up your spine to prevent injury. We then focus on internal core muscle spirals and hip rotation isolations – not only to increase strength, but to unlock and increase feminine energy as well. This class is all about transforming the body from inside out, fusing body and mind, and energizing the feminine spirit

TRX/Barre Mix - TRX training is best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise, you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. This class incorporates TRX exercises with barre exercises in one class leaving you drenched and sore for days to come.

SWEAT & SCULPT IN HEELS - High energy cardio class that we do in heels. We sculpt our legs, butt, arms, back and stomach with interval dancing to the newest hottest tracks. Shoes must be walkable. This class will unwind your mind, release your inhibitions and make you super sore. Sneakers are optional. ;)

PALANGO - is a SIMPLE, FUN, INTENSE cardio-toning and endurance group exercise class that combines the best of Latin music and movements with powerful fitness moves from boxing, Capoeira kick boxing, Muay Thai knees and other elements of traditional martial arts.

If a reservation is cancelled 12 hours in advance, the training/class is credited to your account to use towards future reservations. Last minute cancelations will be charged full amount of the class/training.

RETURN POLICY FOR PACKAGES

Single classes, class packages, special promotions, workshops are non-refundable or transferable. Purchases will not be refunded to your credit card, or given back as cash.
