The low impact, high intensity exercises strategically tone muscles with no jumping with high attention to body alignment. You will break the sweat and feel the burn for days to come! All levels welcome.

RESTORATIVE YOGA -

Empower your mind and strengthen your body as you move through a series of meaningful poses. Strengthen, stretch, and de-stress while focusing on your breathing and alignment. We finish with Sound Healing Meditation. I love this class and really recommend to bring more balance into your life

BUTI YOGA -

BUTI is a high-intensity format that sculpts long, lean muscles, tight core and helps reignite inner fire, confidence and strength. BUTI Yoga incorporates tribal dance, vinyasa yoga and spiral movement. Core muscle spirals and hip rotation isolations unlock and align the feminine energy within your lower Chakras/Energy centers. This class is all about transforming the body from inside out, fusing body and mind, while energizing the feminine spirit. Intermediate/Advance level.

TRX/barre Mix -

TRX training leverages gravity and bodyweight as resistance. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise. To modify, simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. This class incorporates TRX exercises with barre exercises in one class leaving you drenched and sore for days to come

BUTI BANDS -

Buti® Bands is a HIIT-based resistance training workout targeted to lift and shape your booty while toning and strengthening your hips. Bands are utilized to maximize the burn and challenge the body. High cardio, NOT for beginner.

MASH -

This class combines elements from ALL Classes seamlessly blended together for an amazing full body workout!

DANCE CARDIO -

Love to dance? This dance cardio class will put a smile on your beautiful face! We’ll sculpt the whole body while dancing to the newest hottest tracks. Unwind your mind, release your inhibitions and join us! Open to all levels

PILATES -

Pilates in 3 words - stretch with strength and control. The control part is the most important, because that's what makes you use your mind!

CORE SHRED -

Students practice in socks to facilitate fluid “drag” or friction creating resistance. The class focus is on deep core strength through an exaggerated tucking of the pelvis and intentional rounding of the spine. In between sets, students stretch and lengthen with yoga.

BLAST -

is a full body workout mix of barre and Pilates elements focused on balance and strengthening the core with the use of different props such as weights, balls, bands, etc.

POUND -

a fun cardio class that utilizes light resistance drumsticks for isometric and plyometric movement. Unleash your inner Rock Star!
